The original home started as a small bungalow that needed some major renovations. A new foyer was added to the left side as well as a new bedroom and bath added to the upper front of the house. A new kitchen, family room, nook and screened porch were added to the main floor. Upstairs a new owner’s suite with deluxe bath and walk in closets was added in addition to a new large laundry room and two additional new bedrooms and baths. All of the work was done to tuck in behind the original house as to not overpower the street character.
