This new home brings a new style of design to Great Falls on both the inside and outside. The modern Scandinavian exterior look with stone accents brings a clean detail and a warm look to the neighborhood. With a narrow lot getting a 3-car garage was challenging. The goal was to design a one-story home that provided an open comfortable feel with a modern interior and provide maximum living space. With a very steep pitch on the front and tall glass windows, this house does not give you the feel of a one-story home. The 11’ ceiling at the foyer leads to the family room which has a 12” step up in the ceiling and opens up to the Kitchen and the Nook giving you the open concept. Large windows and doors on the back of the house light up all living spaces. In addition, the Owner Suite which stretches out to the back of the house has tall windows both in the Suite and in the Owner’s Bath to flood natural light in when needed. This design will bring more unique design styles into Great Falls.
