This small, brick one story house went through a complete renovation. A new basement two car garage was added behind the house. Above the garage a new family room and family dining room were added, making sure to open up the space to the new kitchen. The back of the house had new raised ceilings to 10’ high, with the old part of the house being raised to 9’. Upstairs three new bedrooms were added in addition to a new owner’s suite and laundry room.
