The town homes were designed as luxury rental units. The town homes provide three and four levels of luxury living. The units are 20’ and 24’ wide with selected 18’ moderately priced dwellings with 1 or two car integral garages. Open floor plans with large windows provide light filled comfortable rental units. To meet planning requirements some perimeter units were designed with a second front elevations. The elevations are strong colonial elevations providing a mixture of brick and siding.
