The Kendal model is design for an estate series of large lots. The design brings a country farmhouse feel on the exterior and the interior. Arched openings and a grand country kitchen with keeping room encompass the living spaces on the lower floor. A large dining room is adorned with arched cased openings and panel moldings. The owner’s suite balances large walk in closets with a volume filled bedroom with grand arched windows.
