An amazing transformation occurred when we took an old screened porch over a one car garage and turned it into the new family room and owner’s suite above. A small addition in the kitchen of this Arlington home had a dramatic impact. New Laundry spaces and remodeled baths and bedrooms were also added to the upper floor.
