The development has a mixture of four story buildings and 8 story buildings overlooking the Elizabeth River in Norfolk, Va. The luxury units were design to bring waterfront living to mid and high rise living. The eight story units were designed with six levels of 5 unit luxury floor levels. The lower two levels were designed as structured parking with the upper levels as residential. The four story buildings had three levels of luxury flats over one level parking.
